These windmills provide enough electricity to power the entire Coachella Valley! The Gman wants to know how we can get one! They are very expensive, but a fantastic natural way to garner electricity! Tours of the Windmill Farms are available.
Annie, what an exciting trip. I lived in the Yucca Valley area for about 22 years! It doesn't look like much and you have to love the desert. You also have to experience the full moon nights on horseback! The wild life is pretty amazing. I traveled that same road down to work in Palm Springs for 17 years! Enjoy your road trip!
